Responsibilities
1. Supplier development: According to product needs, understand material market dynamics, conduct supplier sourcing, data collection, certification access and contract signing, and complete project supplier selection 2. Supplier management: Routinely organize supplier performance appraisals, conduct hierarchical and hierarchical management, optimize supplier portfolio maintain and build good supplier relationships 3. Procurement business management: analysis of procurement needs, formulation and implementation of supplier selection plans planning and organizing project bidding, negotiation and other business activities, and achieving cost targets 4. Cost management: mastering cost analysis methods, establishing material cost baselines in-depth tracking of industry market price changes, setting cost targets, and controlling procurement costs 5. Category procurement strategy: Based on the upstream and downstream market conditions of the industry chain, product, technology, supply and demand trend analysis, and procurement data analysis, formulate and implement category procurement strategies (strategies), build and obtain the competitiveness of category procurement, and reduce TCO 6. Delivery guarantee: Collaborate with procurement operations, and the quality department completes the delivery guarantee of materials deeply track industry supply and demand trends, conduct risk management, and ensure project delivery 7. Compliance with procurement processes and specifications, and optimization suggestions to improve efficiency.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor degree or above, science and engineering, electronics, mechanical engineering, automation and other related majors are preferred 2. 5 years or more of working experience in the communications and consumer electronics industry, 4 or more years of working experience in Sourcing resource development positions - Good market analysis and insight, good prediction and action ability for the upstream and downstream markets - Good business communication and negotiation skills - Effectively manage upstream and downstream suppliers in the industry, establish and maintain good supply relationships - Familiar with the industry conditions, production processes, and key technology development trends of electronic structural materials and chip materials 3. Traits: Honesty and trustworthiness, strong sense of work responsibility, good professional ethics, serious and positive work attitude, cheerful and outgoing personality, able to withstand pressure.
