Who we are: We're Delta Solution Office (DSO). DSO serves as a critical enabler for solution transformation in Delta. DSO is a corporate function collaborating with Delta's business groups (BUs) and regions to design, develop, and pilot solution business management mechanisms and initiatives across Delta. Our mission is to evolve Delta from a hardware component provider into a leading provider of hardware and software integrated solutions.

Job Brief:

While rooted in the IoT domain, the IoT Implementation Expertat DSO specifically focuses on leading the frontend strategy and execution for Delta's next-generation software solutions.

You will be responsible for defining how our software-led solutions are presented to the user. This involves guiding development teams on frontend architecture, coordinating frontend-backend integration, and ensuring that our MVPs are not only functional but also scalable and professional.

Responsibilities:

1.Frontend Strategy & Technical Guidance

Guide & Mentor: Provide technical leadership and best practices to development teams regarding frontend frameworks (e.g., React, Vue, Angular) and state management.

UI/UX Consistency: Define and enforce common frontend components and design patterns across different Business Groups (BUs) to ensure a unified Delta Software Identity.

Advanced Visualization: Lead the design and implementation strategy for Data Visualization and Digital Twin interfaces, ensuring high performance when rendering real-time industrial data.

2.Backend Implementation & Integration Coordination

Backend Orchestration: Act as the key coordinator to ensure seamless data flow between frontend applications and backend/IoT gateways (via MQTT, RESTful APIs, Modbus,GraphQL, or WebSockets).

Data Schema & Mapping Alignment: Ensure high-level frontend applications correctly interpret complex low-level backend telemetry. You will guide teams in mapping fragmented data from Modbus, BACnet, and SCADA into standardized, scalable JSON models suitable for modern software platforms.

Application Design Validation: Oversee the practical deployment of IoT dashboards and management systems, ensuring the implementation aligns with the original architectural vision and user needs.

Performance Optimization: Advise teams on optimizing frontend performance, especially for applications handling high-frequency data from SCADA and Modbus systems.

3.Rapid Prototyping & MVP Planning

Use Case Validation: Lead the rapid development of high-fidelity prototypes to validate new business ideas in the Power/Energy/Manufacturing domains.

Technical Scoping: Translate business requirements into technical frontend tasks and ensure development teams understand the why behind the what.

Qualifications:

Required:

• Rich Frontend Mastery:5+ years of experience in modern frontend development, with deep expertise in React, TypeScript, and modern CSS frameworks.
• Integration Capability: Proven experience in Backend-to-Frontend integration, with a solid understanding of API design, authentication (OAuth/JWT), and asynchronous data handling.
• Industrial UI Experience: Experience in building complex, data-heavy dashboards or Data Visualization tools (e.g., D3.js, ECharts, Three.js for 3D/Digital Twin).
• Communication & Coordination: Exceptional ability to speak both languages—translating business/design needs into technical requirements for developers, and vice versa.
• Full-Stack Awareness: While frontend-focused, you must understand backend infrastructures and how IoT data (MQTT, WebAPI) impacts application logic.
• Fluent in English and Chinese.

Preferred:

• Digital Twin & AI: Experience in developing AI-driven analytics dashboards or 3D Digital Twin applications in an industrial context.
• Cloud Platforms: Familiarity with AWS/Azure/GCP cloud services and their frontend hosting/deployment ecosystems.
• Industrial Domain: Understanding of Data Center, Energy, building or Industrial Automation applications…etc.
