iOS Senior R&D Engineer - Performance Optimization

1. Responsible for ByteDance client performance optimization, including but not limited to startup speed, installation package, fluency, network optimization, etc. 2. Responsible for ByteDance client stability optimization, including thread safety, OOM, memory safety and other optimizations 3. Responsible for deep optimization of low-end machines to improve the ultimate experience 4. Responsible for Xcode and Bazel build system development and performance optimization 5. Research on cutting-edge technologies and undertake key and difficult technical tasks.

1. Bachelor degree or above, computer, communications and other related majors 2. Have solid programming skills, good design capabilities and programming habits 3. Proficiency in one of Objective-C / C++ / Swift is preferred 4. Familiar with Bash / Python / Ruby and other scripting languages is preferred.
