Investor Services – Manager / Senior Manager, Fund Services (Singapore)

An international fund services provider is looking for an experienced Investor Services professional to join its Singapore team.

Supporting a portfolio of Hedge Fund and Private Equity clients, you will oversee day-to-day investor servicing activities, review transactions and reporting, support the development of junior team members, and work closely with clients while building deeper expertise within the fund services industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day investor services for a portfolio of Hedge Fund and Private Equity clients.
• Review investor trade packs, statements, NAV-related information and client deliverables.
• Ensure investor transactions are accurately reconciled and supporting documentation is complete.
• Conduct investor due diligence, including KYC and AML checks.
• Maintain awareness of relevant regulatory, KYC and AML requirements.
• Liaise with internal teams to coordinate reporting and other investor-related services.
• Handle investor and client enquiries accurately and within agreed timelines.
• Maintain accurate investor records and documentation.
• Support training, coaching and development of team members.
• Support a consistently high standard of client service across the portfolio.
• Ensure adherence to operational controls, procedures and management reporting requirements.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or a related discipline.
• At least 5+ years of relevant Financial Services experience, preferably within Fund Administration, Investor Services or Client Services.
• Exposure to fund accounting, NAVs and/or performance reporting.
• Good understanding of KYC, AML and investor onboarding requirements.
• Previous experience supervising, coaching or training team members.
• Strong client and stakeholder relationship management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines independently.
