Role Overview
As part of TGVest's continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Investor Communications Professional to lead and participate in capital raising, investor communications, and strategic business development initiatives. This role combines fundraising, investor engagement, and partnership development to support the firm's AUM growth and strengthen its market presence. The ideal candidate is an analytical and strategic thinker with strong relationship-building skills, attention to detail, and a passion for technology and investments. Over time, you will also contribute to fund strategy and development.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with international institutional investors, family offices, and financial institutions (overseas travel required).
- Lead and participate in fundraising initiatives for new and existing fund vehicles across Asia.
- Support and organize investor meetings, conferences, and roadshows across major markets.
- Collaborate with Managing Partners and investment, operations, and finance teams to develop investor materials, presentations, and reports.
- Manage due diligence processes, data rooms, and investor communications with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Conduct market research on fundraising trends, themes, and investor insights.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree from a top-tier university.
- 5+ years of experience in financial services, investment or corporate banking, private equity, or investor relations.
- Proven track record working with financial institutions, family offices, and international investors across Asia.
- Strong understanding of private equity, fund structures, and alternative investments.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented; able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Strong project management and leadership abilities; thrives in a dynamic, team-oriented environment.
- Entrepreneurial mindset, strong work ethic, and eagerness to learn.
- Fluency in English and Mandarin required; Japanese proficiency is a plus.
- Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
- Strong interest in technology, innovation, and capital markets.
