Job Description

Paragon Capital Group is actively seeking a results-oriented Investment Sales Manager, based in Taiwan, to help expand our footprint in Taiwan with a proven ability to build investor relationships.

About the Role:

As our ideal candidate, you are a confident closer, a fast learner, and an articulate communicator. You have a strong sales track record, preferably in finance, and can present complex investment opportunities clearly and persuasively to prospective investors.

Your experience enables you to communicate effectively with Taiwanese/Chinese partners and high-level clients, including bank executives, fund managers, and C-suite professionals. You are resourceful, persuasive, and know how to earn trust quickly.

This role focuses primarily on engaging with high-potential investors from Taiwan, promoting U.S. immigration-linked programs such as EB-5 as well as U.S.-based real estate investment opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage client relationships in Taiwan
  • Present investment opportunities and marketing materials to prospective investors
  • Follow up on leads and close investment sales
  • Conduct market and competitor research as needed
  • Assist in the development of professional, compelling marketing materials
  • Act as a liaison between the company and external project stakeholders
  • Support the Director of Investments and Managing Partner as required, including occasional travel

Qualifications:

  • Chinese (Mandarin) speaker
  • Proficiency in English (spoken and written)
  • Strong grasp of investment concepts and financial analysis
  • At least 2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or investment promotion
  • Demonstrated success in closing deals and achieving sales targets
  • Confident public speaker and skilled presenter
  • Independent, proactive work ethic with strong time-management skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant productivity tools
  • Highly motivated to succeed in a performance-driven, commission-based environment

Compensation:

  • Base Salary: $2,500 $3,000 per month, depending on experience and qualifications
  • Bonus Structure: Commission-based bonuses tied to capital raised (monthly bonus of over $3,000 is realistically achievable)
  • Total compensation is performance-driven, with strong earning potential for high performers.
