Overview

We work with leading investment firms including PE, VC, CVC, family offices, and Web3 funds across Asia and Europe. As an Investment Professional, you will play a critical role in sourcing, evaluating, and executing investment opportunities, while supporting portfolio growth and building long-term value. This is a general description to represent the type of roles we regularly recruit for in the investment industry.

Responsibilities(may vary by firm and position level)

• Source and evaluate investment opportunities across diverse sectors.
• Conduct due diligence, market research, and financial analysis.
• Build and maintain valuation models to support investment decisions.
• Support portfolio monitoring and value creation initiatives.
• Collaborate with internal teams, partners, and portfolio company executives.
• Contribute to investment strategy by tracking industry and market trends.

Qualifications(typical requirements for investment roles)

• Strong academic background in Finance, Economics, Business, or related fields (MBA or advanced degree preferred).
• 3+ years of experience in private equity, venture capital, investment banking, consulting, or related fields.
• Strong financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced, cross-border environment.
• Multilingual ability (e.g., English, Mandarin, French) is an advantage.
