We are seeking a highly motivated investment banking professional to support the origination and execution of strategic advisory transactions specifically across Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A). The role offers exposure to the full deal lifecycle, including pitch preparation, financial modelling, valuation analysis, due diligence, industry and company research, transaction execution, and client engagement. Successful candidates will work closely with senior bankers and gain hands-on experience advising corporates, financial sponsors, and institutional clients on strategic and capital-raising initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the origination and execution of M&A transactions.
- Develop financial models, valuation analyses, and transaction materials.
- Prepare pitch books, information memorandums, presentations, and marketing materials.
- Conduct industry, market, macroeconomic, and company-specific research.
- Coordinate due diligence processes, manage data rooms, and liaise with clients and external advisors.
- Support transaction execution and other operational requirements of the investment banking team.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related discipline from a reputable university.
- Relevant investment banking, corporate finance, transaction services, valuation, or advisory experience preferred.
- For Associate Director candidates, approximately 3-4 years of relevant transaction experience is desirable.
- Strong financial modelling, valuation, and analytical skillsets.
- Good understanding of accounting principles and corporate finance concepts.
- Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deal-driven environment.
