- Position : Inventory Planner (FMCG / Supply Chain Planning)
- Location : West - Gul Link (Nearest MRT: Gul Circle)
- Working hours : Monday to Friday | 8.30am to 5.30pm
- Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $6,000 + Variable Bonus + Annual Leaves + Medical Benefits

Main Responsibilities:
- Plan and manage inventory levels to support customer demand and business needs
- Monitor stock movement, demand trends, replenishment needs, and delivery schedules
- Maintain planning parameters such as safety stock, reorder points, lead times, and forecasts
- Analyse slow-moving, ageing, excess stock, and recommend corrective actions
- Prepare inventory reports, KPI tracking, forecast analysis, and stock performance reviews
- Work closely with suppliers, sales, customer service, warehouse, operations, and finance teams
- Identify potential stock shortages, supply chain risks, and operational bottlenecks
- Support ERP/system data accuracy and inventory process improvement initiatives
- Ensure compliance with company procedures, documentation, and database upkeep
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Inventory Management, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in supply chain planning, inventory control, materials planning, or related functions
- Experience in FMCG / fast-moving consumables / retail-driven demand environment is preferred
- Proficient in Excel and familiar with ERP or inventory planning systems
- Professional credentials like the APICS CPIM (Certified in Planning and Inventory Management) or certifications from the CIPS (Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply) will be a strong bonus
