Main Responsibilities
- Event Execution:
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth event execution.
- Assist in the planning and execution of campaigns across various channels.
- Team Collaboration:
- Provide administrative support to the marketing team.
- Assist in creating visual content, such as graphics, images, and videos.
- Collaborate with agents to produce high-quality marketing materials.
- Data Collection and Analysis:
- Conducting research and analysis to support marketing campaigns and projects.
- Compile and analyze data to support marketing strategies and decision-making.
- Perform basic statistical analysis and create visualizations.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on data analysis.
Who can apply
- Must be a university student in the third year or above or a graduate student.
- Working time: at least 2.5 days per week.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience of graphic design is preferred.
- Experience of Power BI or any data analytics tool is preferred.
- Experience of basic understanding of SEO and digital marketing strategies is preferred.
- Portfolio submission is encouraged.
