Position Type: Internship, full time
Report to: General Manger – R/MDL Taiwan Branch
工作內容:
- 負責處理主管交辦事項及國內外工作行程之安排
- 負責辦公室行政相關作業與日常運營支援(如:事務機器叫修維護、文具用品採買), 接待訪客及協助會議安排
- 協助基礎財務與 IT 作業支援
- 安排同仁的出差相關事宜(交通、住宿等)
- 配合主管交辦之其他行政相關工作
Tasks & Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative and personal assistance to the General Manager
- Handle general office administration and daily operational support
- Support the support on finance and IT operational tasks
- Handle the business trips and related admiration and logistics arrangement for colleagues
- Assist in ad-hoc administrative tasks as required
Requirements
- Diploma holder or above, major in Business Administration, International Trade, Marketing, Finance, Accounting or related disciplines is preferred
- 1 Year or above working experience in sales assistant and business administration are strong advantages. Fresh graduates are welcome
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
- Good computer skills in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.), Excel skills including formulas and pivot tables are an advantage
- Detail-oriented, proactive, well-organized and excellent communication skills
