Responsiabilities
1. The task engine direction is committed to empowering the sales team through system recommendation tasks, providing the sales team with personalized and effective advertising solutions suitable for a certain advertiser 2. The role needs to understand user pain points and product obstacles through quantitative analysis and qualitative feedback, and convert them into product solutions 3. Be responsible for product demand optimization, formulate communication strategies and GTM materials, plan data-driven growth strategies, and be responsible for product user penetration and user satisfaction 4. Be a project manager, plan and coordinate cross-departmental work, and ensure the efficiency of the task engine through data insights and sales performance incentive design 5. Go deep into the sales front line, understand sales behavior, and explore optimization opportunities and promote implementation.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor degree or above 2. Ideally, have more than 5 years of experience in strategy, industry/customer operation, sales management or equivalent functions 3. At least 2 years of professional experience in digital advertising or related fields, with a deep understanding of the industry structure and emerging advertising solutions 4. Be passionate about AIGC, large language model technology and application, and have excellent understanding of AI products 5. Have experience in quantitative analysis and strategic thinking, and experience in providing business insights and suggestions from a variety of input sources (such as data sets, user solutions, research). Priority: 1. Have experience in in-depth cooperation in front-line sales 2. Excellent data analysis capabilities and business insights 3. Fluent in English, experience in working across time zones 4. Innovative, resilient, able to use data to solve problems in complex problems.
