Job Description

Responsibilities

1. Responsible for service data monitoring and insight system construction, research industry logistics customer demands through effective data precipitation, classification and analysis, design experience improvement plans, and improve customer logistics experience 2. Conduct market and industry research, analyze the root causes of daily problems, and continue to improve service quality 3. Collect feedback from local partners and users, collaborate with internal and external teams to optimize logistics solutions and improve logistics production efficiency.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor degree or above, with more than 3 years of experience in international logistics operations, preferably in the field of buyer experience in supply chain logistics operations or related majors 2. English can be used as a working language, with good cross-cultural understanding, strong communication skills, Spanish proficiency is preferred 3. Self-driven, result-oriented, with strong business promotion capabilities and cross-team communication and coordination capabilities.
