The International Logistics Director will oversee and manage the end-to-end logistics operations at Supacaz, ensuring the seamless and timely transport of products across global markets. This full-time, on-site role is based in Taipei and involves developing logistics strategies, optimizing supply chain operations, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring compliance with international shipment regulations. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners to streamline processes and maintain exceptional service standards.

• Strong background in Sports, Sports Management, and Physical Education
• Exceptional Communication and Coaching skills to manage teams and stakeholders effectively
• Passion for cycling, with an understanding of the sports and outdoor industry
• Proven experience in logistics and supply chain management, particularly in international operations
• Proficiency in analyzing and addressing logistical challenges for optimized operations
• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
• Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages like Mandarin or Japanese is highly desirable
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to work under tight deadlines
