Responsibilities
1. Assist in the sorting, integration and report design of financial-related data from the perspective of tools and technologies to provide support for business department decision-making 2. Sort out and optimize the content, process and mechanism of existing data analysis, deeply mine the value of data, and provide support for financial decision-making 3. Connect with internal system development and provide support for demand review, testing, online and report design, data standardization and data conversion 4. Connect with the company's key financial analysis projects, use data analysis to discover financial management problems, put forward suggestions for improvement, and explore and research methods to improve ROI 5. Based on the company's existing financial system, conduct in-depth analysis of financial data and business data, and use tools such as SQL, Python, and Tableau to build a financial analysis report system 6. Based on the big data platform, extract and process business and financial data, and provide intuitive analysis and decision support through data analysis and data mining.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor degree or above in computer, statistics, data analysis, data science and other related majors more than 3 years of data analysis work experience 2. Excellent business analysis ability (structured thinking), keen data insight and ability to learn and master data analysis tools and technologies 3. Have good communication and coordination skills, learning ability, achievement drive, strong confidentiality awareness and good professional ethics 4. Have sufficient data processing and analysis capabilities, be proficient in using SQL, Python, Tableau or other data analysis/data visualization tools, be good at big data processing tools such as Hive and Spark, and be familiar with commonly used statistical analysis models and algorithms.
