Job Description
- Develop and acquire new customers and distributors in Japan and Korea.
- Drive OEM/ODM business opportunities and strategic partnerships.
- Manage customer relationships, commercial negotiations, and sales activities.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to support project execution and customer requirements.
- Participate in industry exhibitions, product promotion activities, and market development initiatives.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and business performance.
- Handle RFQs, sales forecasting, and order management.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through timely issue resolution and effective communication.
The Successful Applicant
- Minimum 3 years of experience in international sales, business development, or OEM/ODM sales.
- Proven experience in Japan and/or Korea market development.
- Business-level Japanese communication skills.
- Good English communication skills for business correspondence and meetings.
- Strong negotiation, project management, and stakeholder management skills.
- Medical device industry experience is a plus.
- Experience working with manufacturers and OEM/ODM business models is preferred.
