Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced International Accountant to join our Finance team and support accounting, financial reporting, and compliance activities across multiple jurisdictions. The ideal candidate has strong knowledge of international accounting standards and tax regulations, with experience in a multinational or cross-border environment. Experience in the crypto, fintech, or financial services industry is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and support accounting and financial reporting activities in accordance with international accounting standards (e.g. IFRS).
• Ensure accounting processes comply with applicable local and international regulations.
• Support international tax matters, including tax compliance, reporting, and coordination with external tax advisors.
• Prepare and review financial statements, reconciliations, and accounting schedules.
• Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities.
• Coordinate with finance, tax, audit, and other internal teams across different jurisdictions.
• Assist with external audits and regulatory reporting requirements.
• Identify accounting and compliance risks and support improvements to finance processes and controls.
• Support other accounting and finance projects as required.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 3+ years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in an international or multinational environment.
• Strong knowledge of international accounting standards, particularly IFRS.
• Good understanding of accounting compliance and financial reporting requirements.
• Experience in international taxation is highly preferred.
• Experience in the cryptocurrency, digital assets, fintech, or financial services industry is a strong advantage.
• Good English reading and writing skills; Mandarin is a plus but not required.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and ability to work independently.
• Experience working across multiple countries or jurisdictions is preferred.
