Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Taipei for an International Account Manager at SUPACAZ. The International Account Manager will liaise with global clients, nurture relationships, and develop strategies to promote sales growth. Responsibilities include managing key accounts, identifying opportunities for business expansion, ensuring customer satisfaction, and coordinating with cross-functional teams. The role demands a proactive and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills who can thrive in a fast-paced, cycling-centric environment.

Qualifications
  • Business development and relationship management skills, including account management and the ability to build and maintain partnerships with international clients.
  • Sales and marketing expertise, with experience in executing strategies to drive sales growth and expand market presence.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills to handle multiple accounts and responsibilities efficiently.
  • Proficiency in cross-cultural communication and understanding global market trends.
  • Fluency in English and additional language(s), particularly Mandarin or Japanese, is a plus.
  • A passion for cycling or sports-related industries is highly advantageous.
  • Ability to work on-site in Taipei and collaborate effectively with international teams.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Relations, or a related field is preferred.
