Responsibilities
Team Intro Corporate Services Communications supports employee-facing communications across a wide range of workplace and service topics. The team works across regions and functions to help employees understand operational changes, prepare for new services, navigate disruptions, and know where to get support. In practice, our work spans workplace operations, food and catering programs, office openings and relocations, physical security and safety topics, employee mobility and travel-related communications, onboarding content, local announcement planning, training materials, FAQs, canned responses, and communication playbooks. The team partners closely with regional and local stakeholders across Corporate Services and adjacent teams. Responsibilities - In collaboration with local and regional teams, draft clear and engaging communications for internal updates and service announcements across formats such as emails, posts, FAQs, key documents, and basic training materials. - Support communication for day-to-day Corporate Services topics so that workplace updates, service changes, and employee guidance are communicated clearly and on time. - Maintain existing communication materials and channels, and help improve templates, FAQs, and processes so information reaches employees effectively. - Partner with stakeholders across Corporate Services to align messages, collect input, and support communication planning and rollout execution with guidance from the team. - Help promote a clear, employee-friendly communication experience so colleagues can better understand workplace services, changes, and support paths. - Provide operational and administrative support for communication projects when required.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications - 1+ years of experience in communications, internal communications, operations communications, employee experience, customer communications, program support, or a related field relevant internship experience is welcome. - Excellent writing and editing skills, with the ability to make complex information simple, precise, and user-friendly. - Good collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional stakeholders, ask clear questions, and incorporate feedback. - Ability to manage tasks and timelines with attention to detail, reliable follow-through, and a willingness to learn established processes. - Sound judgment, a learning mindset, and the ability to navigate when topics are sensitive, ambiguous, or fast-moving. - Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment. - Comfortable working in a regional or global environment and open to learning from distributed teams with evolving priorities. Preferred Qualifications - Internship, academic, or early-career experience supporting internal communications, employee communications, operations communications, or related projects. - Familiarity with common internal communication formats, such as employee groups, news posts, FAQs, service updates, or basic training materials. - Exposure to Corporate Services, workplace operations, employee experience, HR, facilities, or other employee-facing support functions is a plus. - Interest in improving communication effectiveness through employee feedback, simple engagement metrics, and updates to templates, FAQs, or processes.
