Responsibilities
Job Description
- Business development prospecting by assisting with cold calling for new prospects and Leasing enquiries
- Assist in market research and data collection to plan and execute the intended Trade mix
- Assist in the preparation of presentation slides and Excel data entry/analysis
- Assist in administrative work when required
- Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Diploma in Business, Real Estate Business, or any other related disciplines
- Proficient in Microsoft Office ( Excel, Word and PowerPoint )
- Basic knowledge of real estate principles
- Strong numerical skills are an advantage
- Keen interest in the F&B/Retail/Entertainment industry
