Responsibilities
Job Description
- Support business development prospecting by assisting with cold calling for new prospects and leasing enquiries
- Assist with market research and data collection to support the planning and execution of the intended trade mix
- Support the preparation of presentation materials and perform Excel data entry and basic analysis
- Assist with administrative tasks as required
- Perform other ad‑hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Degree in Business, Real Estate, or any other related disciplines
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Able to deliver work timely and accurately
- Demonstrates responsibility and accountability for assigned tasks
- Detail-oriented, meticulous and willing to learn
