Under Local Safety Officers supervision, to support the maintenance of B. Braun Taiwan quality management system, SOPs, documents and records and execution of quality management related tasks which includes but not limits to.
Assist in management of product complaints, adverse drug reactions (ADR), and Recall events internal and external communications, registration/reporting in systems, complaint goods shipments, documentations and so on.
Assist in internal and external audits preparation, execution, documentation and communications.
Help collaboration activities with 4PL, suppliers and dealers from quality management perspective.
Ensure all assigned tasks fulfillment within timeline.
The job function listed is not exclusive and shall also include any responsibilities as assigned by the Supervisor from time to time.
Qualifications And Requirements
Education background in medical or medical device expertise, such as medical science, medicine, nursing or biomedical engineering related field
Personal and Skills
Good reading and writing skills in Chinese/English.
Basic data editing and document management ability.
Good knowledge of MS Word, EXCEL & PowerPoint.
Good communication skills.
Having relevant experiences in pharma or medical device quality management etc. are preferred.
Good concept of human anatomy and physiology, are preferred.
