Role Overview

Role Title: Intern, Product Manager

What You'll Do

• Data & Experiment Analysis: Pull data with SQL (Trino / BigQuery / internal query tools) and support A/B experiment analysis across metrics.
• Reporting & Dashboards: Maintain recurring reporting outputs such as weekly reports and dashboards, and safeguard data accuracy.
• AI-assisted Workflow: Operate and critically verify AI/automation workflows to speed up data pulls and reporting — judge whether outputs are reasonable and catch obvious errors.
• Product & Operations: Monitor feature usage and user-flow / admin processes, and collaborate with teams to identify optimizations.
• Cross-functional Coordination: Support cross-functional initiatives to move product iterations and data requests forward, coordinating with the right workflow owners.

What You Need

• Proven data tracking and analysis records in previous projects.
• Comfortable writing SQL and working with BI / analytics tools (e.g. Tableau, Mixpanel).
• Able to use AI tools productively and critically verify their output.
• Fluent in English and Chinese (both written and spoken).
• Eager to work in a fast-paced, small team environment.
• Strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills, able to build relationships across all levels.
• Strong ownership mentality, and results-driven approach.
