Intern, Performance Marketing

Join FairPrice Group (FPG) as a Performance Marketing Intern and accelerate your career in data-driven marketing. You'll gain hands-on planning, setup, and optimization of campaigns across multiple channels (Facebook, Google, TikTok, Yahoo, Programmatic) for the different business units in FairPrice. A regular day-to-day will include creating and analyzing different paid campaigns, testing different creative formats, and optimizing campaigns to achieve the goals for the business units.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the performance marketing team in the planning, setup, and deployment of digital campaigns (Facebook, Google, TikTok, The Trade Desk).
• Monitor and optimize campaign performance against key metrics, recommending A/B tests for copy, creative, and targeting.
• Analyze campaign data to provide meaningful insights and performance observations.
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful campaign delivery.
• Manage daily operational, administrative, and system support tasks.

Requirements:

• Preferably available for at least 6 months
• You are currently a Marketing / Business undergraduate
• Strong willingness to learn and grow independently
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills
• Strong interest in being at the forefront of e-commerce, marketing, and technology
• Excellent communication skills
• Diligent in execution and able to think critically
• Able to handle data and relate them to qualitative aspects of work
• You are a self-starter, resourceful, proactive with hands-on approach
