Key Responsibilities

Enterprise Architecture

• Support the documentation and analysis of enterprise architecture frameworks, technology standards, and roadmaps
• Assist in assessing application, data, and infrastructure alignment with business strategies
• Participate in architecture reviews, solution assessments, and impact analysis
  
  

Business Planning & Management

• Assist in IT planning, budgeting, and performance tracking activities
• Support preparation of management reports, dashboards, and presentation materials
• Contribute to project governance processes, including milestone tracking and risk/issue monitoring
  
  

Digital Platform

• Support development, enhancement, and maintenance of digital platforms and applications
• Assist with requirement gathering, testing, and user acceptance activities
• Participate in improving user experience, platform performance, and system reliability
  
  

Technical Service & Network

• Assist in IT operations, service management, and incident/problem resolution activities
• Support infrastructure, network, and system monitoring tasks
• Help document technical procedures, configurations, and operational standards
  
  

Learning & Development Opportunities

• Exposure to enterprise-scale IT systems, platforms, and governance practices
• Hands-on experience with real projects and day-to-day IT operations

Requirements

• Undergraduate or postgraduate students inInformation Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Information Systems, or related disciplines
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Eagerness to learn, take ownership, and work collaboratively
• Basic understanding of IT concepts (e.g. systems, networks, applications, data) is an advantage, depending on domain
