We are looking for an Intern, Office Experience to support the day-to-day operations and culture of our Kuala Lumpur office. You will help ensure our workspace runs smoothly and that our team members feel supported in a productive environment. This is a great entry-level opportunity to learn the basics of office management, people support, and internal event coordination.
What You'll Do
- Office Operations: Help manage office supplies, monitor inventory, and coordinate with vendors for facility maintenance.
- Workspace Setup: Ensure meeting rooms and hot desks are neat, tidy, and ready for daily business use.
- Team Events: Assist in coordinating and executing internal office events/ activities.
- Onboarding/Offboarding & Admin: Collaborate with HR and IT teams to help facilitate smooth onboarding/ offboarding experiences, and assist with basic expense/invoice tracking.
- Creative Tasks: Design internal posters, announcements, and flyers for office events.
What You'll Need
- Background: Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, HR, Hospitality, or a related field.
- Skills: Good communication skills and a strong eye for detail.
- Tech: Proficiency in GSuite (Docs, Sheets) and experience using Canva for basic designing.
- Attitude: Proactive, helpful, and enjoys working in a fast-paced team environment.
- Availability: Able to work full-time (5 days a week) in the office for 3 months.
