Key Responsibilities:
- System & Document Maintenance
Ensure SAP shelf-life settings are accurate, clean up MLPs, unify raw material spec sheets, and align IQC documentation.
Assist with data cleanup for project management and support basic OCAP case responses
- Project Management Exposure
Help track small project progress, coordinate tasks, and prepare status updates under supervisor guidance.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or above in science or engineering related fields (Chemical, Chemical Engineering background or other engineering department, etc.)
- Experience with general lab instruments.
- Microsoft Office 365, Excel, Word, ppt, etc.
- Good communication skills in both Mandarin and English, with ability to read technical documents.
- Results-oriented and an excellent team player.
