Have a good working attitude and skillful business promotion ability, and can deeply manage insurance agent channel salesmen, promote our company's insurance products and establish a good image of our company, so that they can produce the business performance required by our company.

Work content:

1. Education and training: Conduct new product and sales skills training morning and evening, and establish a good cooperative relationship with salespeople to achieve business goals.
2. Business coaching: Assist sales ability of channel salesmen, operation and promotion of various projects, Practice of commodity marketing skills.
3. Administrative assistance: Assist sales staff to handle new contract notes, preservation matters, explanations and promotions of various insurance regulations.
4. Possess a positive work attitude and the ability to operate a business-guaranteed agency channel to produce results.
5. Maintain sensitivity to peer and market information, To respond to various market changes in real time

Demand conditions:

1. University graduate or above in a business-related department
2. More than two years of experience in relevant business operations
3. Lectures on large-scale education and training experience

4. Active, positive, strong adaptability, good at communication and coordination, business promotion ability and strong resistance to pressure
5. Possess life insurance related professional and financial related licenses (personal insurance, investment type, foreign currency non-payment type)
