Work content:
1. Main business channels: business promotion of traditional insurance agencies and credit union channels
2. Achieve monthly goals set within the responsible jurisdiction.
3. Morning and evening meetings, special classes, and guidance and training on merchandise and sales skills.
4. Assist sales staff to handle new contract notes, preservation matters, and explanation and promotion of various insurance regulations.
5. Establish good relationships with sales staff and partners to facilitate business promotion.
Requirements:
1. Possess relevant certificates and licenses for personal insurance, investment insurance, non-investment foreign currency insurance, etc.
2. Have more than 2 years of work experience in insurance sales
3. Experience in insurance training, insurance auxiliary sales and insurance agency channels is preferred
