Responsibilities
1. Participate in international e-commerce growth & marketing algorithm optimization, including core capability building such as user value modeling, personalized message access, recommendations, intelligent marketing 2. Establish user lifecycle data and value systems to solve various core pain points and business problems in the growth of international mall users 3. Participate in the implementation of products and technical solutions for user growth engines such as Push/Email and other personalized message reach and recommendation acceptance to increase e-commerce DAU and penetration rates 4. Responsible for the optimization of relevant algorithms such as recall/sorting of e-commerce new user recommendations, and improve the relevance of traffic source acceptance and the accuracy and diversity of new user recommendations 5. Participate in intelligent marketing algorithm optimization, use Uplift models and operational planning methods to improve marketing efficiency and promote e-commerce GMV growth.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor degree or above in computer, electronic information, mathematics, operations research and other related majors 2. Have a solid foundation in algorithms and data structures, and excellent coding skills 3. Strong learning ability, curiosity about things, good communication skills and teamwork skills 4. Priority will be given to those who have published papers in top conferences/journals in the AI field, or who have participated in ACM/machine learning competitions and obtained good rankings 5. Priority will be given to those who have research or project practice in related fields such as recommendation, advertising, user growth, intelligent marketing, etc., and experience in LTV estimation, Uplift, operational planning, sequence modeling, multi-scenario modeling optimization, etc.
