Job Summary

Lead the integration of a newly acquired entity into Apave Group, aligning processes with global standards, driving synergies, and coordinating cross-functional teams to support Apave's 2030 ambition as a global benchmark in industrial and operational risk management.

Responsibilities

  • Co-develop and implement integration strategies to align the new entity's processes and operations with Apave's global IT, HR, and Finance standards
  • Lead and coordinate multi-disciplinary project teams and local management to manage organizational change and mitigate risks during integration
  • Utilize Apave's French and global technical and sales networks to identify and execute process optimizations and business synergies
  • Define and monitor KPIs, and deliver regular strategic progress reports and recommendations to the Executive Committee and project sponsors in France

Required competencies and certifications

  • Demonstrated management experience of 3 to 5 years within Apave Group, successfully leading complex, multi-stakeholder change projects
  • In-depth knowledge of Apave's business models, entity management protocols, and operational frameworks
  • Fluent or native proficiency in French for critical daily communication and executive reporting, alongside professional proficiency in English
