Position Summary

Makes PHXio and related system capabilities available to AI Agents through APIs, MCP, and other mechanisms, builds working prototypes, and works with the development team to take them into production.

Key Responsibilities1. AI Agent Tools & Workflows

• Work with business colleagues to turn documented processes into AI workflows, skills, or agent instructions.

• Expose PHXio and related system capabilities as Agent tools through APIs or MCP, including tool definitions, input / output specs, and usage limits.

• Build PoCs and prototypes quickly, then deliver production versions together with the development team.

2. Integration & Data Exchange

• Support API, EDI, and XML / JSON integrations across PHXio, CargoWise One, and customer systems, covering interface testing, data mapping, and validation.

• Use Postman, Python, or SQL for API testing and data validation, and troubleshoot integration and agent behavior issues.

3. Standards, Documentation & Team Enablement

• Implement Agent access controls and human-in-the-loop approval steps according to company permission standards.

• Maintain interface specifications, data mappings, tool definitions, and related documentation.

• Share practical AI Agent, MCP, and automation methods with the development team and help it adopt new ways of building.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in software development, system integration, or a related technical field.

• Solid knowledge of REST APIs and JSON / XML, with hands-on API development or integration testing experience.

• Proficient in Python or JavaScript for scripting and prototyping.

• Has built and used a tool-calling, AI Agent, or LLM application and can demo and explain its design in the interview (work or personal projects; please include a portfolio or GitHub link).

• Strong troubleshooting skills for API and data issues.

• Fluent written English for technical communication with overseas teams, and able to take part in English meetings.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience building or using MCP servers.

• Experience with EDI, CargoWise One, or eAdaptor.

• Experience with low-code / Agent platforms such as Dify, n8n, or Coze.

• SQL and data processing skills.

• Background in logistics, supply chain, or ERP.
