Insurance Manager (Product & Marketing)

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Insurance Manager (Product & Marketing) with strong knowledge of the Singapore Life and Health Insurance market to support product communications, brand governance and the development of customer-facing and distribution materials.

The successful candidate will work closely with Product, Marketing, Compliance, Legal and Distribution teams to ensure all materials are accurate, brand-compliant, regulatory-ready and aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Review, manage and coordinate the development of Life and Health Insurance product and marketing materials.
• Develop and maintain product brochures, proposal forms, customer forms, sales kits and distributor materials.
• Review marketing collateral and digital content to ensure consistency with established brand guidelines.
• Ensure customer-facing and distributor materials comply with internal branding, regulatory and compliance requirements.
• Work closely with Product, Compliance, Legal, Marketing and Distribution teams during the development and approval of materials.
• Support product launches, campaigns and distribution initiatives through the preparation of relevant product communications and sales materials.
• Maintain consistency in product messaging and brand presentation across different customer and distribution channels.
• Coordinate amendments and updates to existing materials based on product, regulatory or business changes.
• Ensure materials are completed accurately and within agreed timelines.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience within the insurance industry.
• Strong experience in the Singapore Life and/or Health Insurance market.
• Experience in insurance product communications, marketing collateral or product-related materials.
• Good understanding of insurer branding standards and customer communication requirements.
• Experience working with Product, Compliance, Legal, Marketing and Distribution stakeholders.
• Familiarity with insurance product brochures, proposal forms, customer forms, sales kits and distributor materials.
• Strong communication, coordination and stakeholder management skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple deliverables and deadlines.
