Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Installation Technician to support equipment installation projects in manufacturing sites near Taipei and Tainan. The ideal candidate will have strong technical aptitude, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. This role involves hands-on work with tools, cable routing , and system setup to ensure successful installations meet quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform installation of equipment and related components according to project specifications
- Route and secure cables neatly and efficiently, following best practices
- Use hand tools and basic power tools for assembly and adjustments
- Verify system functionality and troubleshoot issues during installation
- Maintain accurate documentation of installation activities
- Communicate effectively with Lead to provide updates, clarify requirements, and ensure satisfaction
- Adhere to safety protocols and company standards throughout the process
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Cable Routing: Skilled in organizing and securing cables for optimal performance and aesthetics
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on precision and quality in all tasks
- Hand Tool Experience: Proficient in using common hand tools for assembly and installation
- Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams and instructions
- Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively
- Physical ability to lift and maneuver equipment as needed, 30lb maximum
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in technical installations or field service
- Basic understanding of networking and electrical systems
- Familiarity with safety standards and compliance requirements
- Speak English or Mandarin
- Experience in a Semiconductor Environment / High Tech Manufacturing
