Installation Supervisors

Swire Renewable Energy is looking for experienced Offshore Installation Supervisors to join our offshore wind projects in Taiwanese waters.

We are seeking skilled professionals with strong offshore installation backgrounds, preferably with hands-on experience on V174 turbines. If you are ready to contribute your expertise in mechanical and electrical scopes, we want to hear from you.

Location: Offshore Taiwan

Requirements

• Proven offshore installation experience (mechanical and/or electrical scope)
• Valid offshore certifications, including:
• GWO BST
• GWO BTT
• Sea Survival
• Slinger Signaller
• OGUK / Chester Step / HUET
• Hands-on experience with V174 turbines – strong advantage
• Experience with Vestas platforms – advantage
• Strong English communication skills (verbal & written)
• Commitment to safety, quality, and operational excellence

Main Responsibilities

• Execute mechanical and/or electrical installation activities offshore
• Supervise and participate in installation, alignment, and commissioning of WTG components
• Perform bolting, torquing, and tensioning operations as required
• Support lifting operations and oversee safe handling of components
• Ensure compliance with project procedures, documentation, and safety standards
• Report progress and assist site management with operational and troubleshooting tasks
