Responsibilities
1. Learn and understand the Byte product business, such as Douyin, Feishu, Xigua Video, etc. 2. Learn and understand the calling relationships of various layer technologies such as applications, systems, and infrastructure 3. Responsible for the design and implementation of stability assurance solutions for various businesses and infrastructure systems, including but not limited to: online problem management, full-dimensional and full-link monitoring management, online production change management, fault recovery drill management, major event management, and stability culture construction. 4. In-depth support for all technical issues of the Byte system, including emergency response, emergency dispatch, collaborative processing, and overall business guarantee, and continue to optimize the quality, efficiency, and cost of the system, and improve the overall service quality 5. Lead and promote the implementation of standard stability assurance solutions into product tools, use product tools to reduce costs, improve service efficiency, and realize an efficient, automated and scalable technical service operation model 6. Based on the understanding of the business forms within Byte and the industry, provide stability assurance service support to Byte's business team, and be able to output stability assurance solutions based on product tools and combined with business pain points.
Qualifications
1. More than 5 years of relevant work experience, with an in-depth understanding of one or more of the following fields: R&D, monitoring, stability, technical risk 2. Experience in the construction and operation of a stability guarantee system from 0 to 1 (processing, standardization, standardization, tooling, productization, continuous improvement) 3. Strong ability to withstand pressure and be able to handle multiple tasks in parallel 4. Have good communication skills, be able to get results by influencing others, be optimistic, and have strong ability to learn quickly 5. Applicants with overseas study and work experience are preferred.
