Responsibilities
1. Responsible for the full life cycle management of infrastructure cloud basic standard products, building the project management system of the product line (including process mechanisms, measurement systems, tool platforms, etc.), and promoting process practice and optimization improvements 2. Responsible for the special project management of the infrastructure cloud foundation and horizontal projects within the group (cross-team, cross-department), organize and manage the project launch, planning and execution process, and do effective project monitoring 3. Responsible for organizing and establishing the assistance mechanism between the product line and external upstream and downstream teams to ensure efficient cooperation 4. Responsible for the management of public affairs within the team.
Qualifications
1. More than 3 years of relevant work experience, computer-related professional background, bachelor degree or above 2. Possess multi-project management capabilities, including but not limited to identifying priorities, maximizing resource utilization, etc. 3. Possess data-driven analysis and decision-making capabilities 4. Familiar with Scrum agile practices, familiar with project management software such as jira, teambition, and ZenTao familiar with Devops processes and tools 5. High sense of responsibility, ability to withstand pressure, team communication and collaboration skills, goal-oriented implementation ability, and problem-solving ability 6. Strong curiosity, embrace change, continue learning, and innovate. Bonus points: Experience in cloud computing project management, familiar with Iaas, storage, database and other cloud computing related products
