About the Role |
We are seeking a Senior Infrastructure Technical Program Manager to lead IT infrastructure and MIS projects across multiple sites. This role drives cloud transformation, automation, and cybersecurity initiatives, ensuring high availability, stability, and security of IT services.

Key Responsibilities |
- Plan and execute infrastructure and collaboration platform projects, including scheduling, resource allocation, and progress control.,
- Coordinate with internal teams, external vendors, and cloud service providers to ensure successful project delivery.,,
- Lead IT environment projects (network, servers, virtualization, cloud, security, data centers). IT ()
- Prepare project documentation: requirements, architecture plans, acceptance reports, and closure summaries.
- Drive initiatives such as backup automation, security implementation, disaster recovery, and cloud migration.
- Manage budgets, KPIs, and project risk assessments.KPI
Requirements |
- Education | : Bachelor's degree in Information Management, Engineering, Project Management, or related fields.

- Experience | :5+ years in IT infrastructure or project management; multi-site or international project experience preferred.5 IT ;
- Familiarity with network and data center operations is a plus.
- Certifications | : PMP / Agile / ITIL preferred.
- Languages | : Proficient in English; Mandarin or local language is an advantage. ;
- Skills | :Proficient in project management tools (Jira, Confluence, MS Project, Power BI).(JiraConfluenceMS ProjectPower BI)
