About the Role

you will have the opportunity to manage and enhance the most important enterprise system for an automobile company, there by giving you the change to learn everthing about the automobile industry business. the system to Manage and enhance would be the Dealer Management System (DMS) through its life cycle which has seen a recent implementation at Volkswagen Group Taiwan (VGT), including its performance & stability; User support and functionalities enrichment. the position is central to dealer business operations.

What You'll Be Doing

• Product owner for DMS enterprise system
• Budget and expense monitoring for DMS project implementation and operation.
• Responsible for ITIL process governance - incident, problem, change and lifecycle management to new DMS system
• Support system integration with varies of Group systems including Aftersales, New cars sales and CRM

Qualification and Skills

• 5 years+ work experience in IT application management
• Prioritization and Decision Making
• Self-learner for technical knowledge and IT processes
• Fluent English written & spoken
• Certifications – PMP or ITIL is a plus
• Good Communication skills
• Convincing and asserting
• Customer oriented and cooperation
• ITIL process knowledge and hands-on
• Waterfall & Agile project management methodologies
• Problem solving skills
• Product /application ownership experience
• System administration
