About the Role
This specialized IT Project Manager role integrates core technical infrastructure management with day-to-day business strategy. You will bridge the gap between global IT governance and business goals. Lead AI-first initiatives by evaluating emerging AI technologies and fostering a culture of AI literacy among staff to maximize the benefits of digital transformation.
Responsibilities
- Project Management
- Oversee IT team, projects, applications, budgets, global governances and vendors
- Plan, own and execute IT projects end to end right from ideation to deployment and support
- Closely working with global IT team to deploy IT solutions
- Business Relationship Management
- Act as a Business Relationship Manager to drive and explore new technology solutions across IT
- Pro-active engagement with all levels of user and management
- Ability to influence stakeholders and service partners to get things done
- Responsible to develop, execute and deliver Whirlpool Pacific digital/online marketing strategy to drive sales
- Work with Key Business Stakeholders, understand business needs, come up with practical solutions and work with Cross functional teams to implement them successfully
- Work closely with the digital marketing teams and enable efficient implementation of marketing programs
- Work with the team to design Digital Strategies for the entire region
Qualifications
- Degree holder in Computer Science or related disciplines.
- Minimum 7 years IT working experience and 3 years in IT Project Management
- SAP experience is a must in any module of SD, MM, FICO
- Knowledge in SAP C4C is highly preferred
- Knowledge in Google Apps (Gmail and Drive), Cloud Application, Business Intelligence, Web and Mobile Apps Development, Programming and Network is an advantage
- Thorough knowledge of business principles and processes including Marketing, E-commerce, Finance, Sales, Logistics and Customer services
- Experience in HR systems and HR Transformation would be an advantage
- A demonstrable track record of experimenting with AI tools to improve personal or team productivity.
Required Skills
- Able to work independently and deliver results under stretched timelines
- Strong communication and presentation skills in English and Mandarin
- Solid understanding and experience in implementing digital applications
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of SEO, SEM, Web Analytics, Social Listening would be an advantage
- Experience with implementation of Marketing Automation projects and Ecommerce Websites
