Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure Specialist to support global office expansion and workplace build-out projects. The role is responsible for end-to-end delivery of IT infrastructure for new and existing offices, ensuring scalable, reliable, and standardized workplace environments across global sites.

You will work closely with internal IT teams, workplace design teams, construction partners, and external vendors to deliver high-quality office IT infrastructure that supports fast-growing business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead IT infrastructure delivery for new office setups and expansion projects globally

• Define IT requirements for workplace projects during planning and design phases

• Ensure implementation of standard office IT systems, including network, cabling, WiFi, AV, access control, and security systems

• Coordinate with architects, MEP consultants, and construction teams to ensure proper IT integration in building design

• Manage vendors and contractors to ensure timely and high-quality project delivery

• Monitor project progress, risks, and budgets across multiple sites

• Support operations and maintenance of existing office IT infrastructure

• Contribute to smart office initiatives, including IoT, automation, and workplace digitalization

Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, workplace technology, or office construction projects

• Strong experience in office build-out or large-scale workplace deployment projects

• Solid understanding of low-voltage systems (network, AV, security, access control, etc.)

• Experience managing vendors, contractors, and cross-functional stakeholders

• Experience in multinational or fast-paced tech environments preferred

• Strong execution capability and project ownership mindset

• Fluent in English; Mandarin is a plus
