Job Description

Brief Summary

Join a dynamic team and play a crucial role in advancing cyber security initiatives across multiple regions while engaging in exciting and impactful IT projects.

Responsibilities

  1. Support global cyber security projects, enhancing IT operations in various countries.
  2. Manage and configure corporate IT/network infrastructure effectively.
  3. Deploy and maintain Network/Endpoint Security systems across corporate affiliates.
  4. Monitor and detect security threats using SIEM (Security Information and Event Management) platforms.
  5. Investigate and respond to security incidents, ensuring timely incident management.
  6. Oversee vulnerability management processes to safeguard network integrity.
  7. Participate in assigned IT infrastructure/network upgrading projects.
  8. Perform additional tasks as directed by the supervisor.

Requirements

  1. Diploma in Information Technology, Cyber Security, Networking, or related fields.
  2. A minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in Networking or Cyber Security administration.
  3. Strong ability to diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve network issues.
  4. Excellent interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams and users.
  5. Capability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  6. Creative thinking and resilience under pressure.
  7. Willingness to travel to APAC and other regions as required, typically once a year.
