JD:
- Strong AWS Expertise: Hands-on experience with AWS services including EC2, VPC, IAM, ELB, Route 53, CloudWatch, CloudTrail, storage services, and AWS networking (VPN, routing, security groups).
- Cloud Migration Experience: Proven experience in Data Center Exit and large-scale on-premises to AWS migrations using AWS MGN and Transform services.
- Infrastructure Automation: Expertise in Terraform for Infrastructure as Code (IaC), including reusable module development and automated infrastructure provisioning.
- Platform & OS Knowledge: Experience working with Windows Server (2016/2019/2022/2025) and RHEL 7/8/9 environments, along with hybrid connectivity (VPN/Direct Connect).
- Migration Execution & Optimization: Hands-on experience in migration planning, replication, test migrations, production cutovers, rollback strategies, hypercare support, and post-migration optimization.
- DevOps & Security: Good understanding of CI/CD, DevOps practices, AWS security best practices, IAM governance, monitoring, logging, and alerting mechanisms.
