Job Description

  1. Develop Delta's key account strategies across financial services, commercial real estate, and healthcare sectors.
  2. Engage deeply with ESG, asset development, IT, and healthcare departments to establish annual strategies.
  3. Integrate internal business units (BA, ICT, EIS) to deliver one-stop solutions.
  4. Guide customers in scaling from single-site projects to group-level standard adoption, expanding collaboration scope and procurement scale.
  5. Manage the end-to-end project lifecycle, from early-stage assessment, proposal presentations, and solution delivery to performance tracking.
  6. Build strategic success cases that serve as cross-industry replicable models for Delta.
  7. Continuously strengthen Delta's positioning as an ESG solution provider in the financial and healthcare industries.

  1. Minimum 10 years of B2B account management experience, with a background in serving large enterprises or conglomerates.
  2. Industry expertise in financial services, healthcare, or commercial real estate is highly preferred.
  3. Experience in promoting solutions such as energy management, ESG carbon management, smart buildings, renewable energy/storage, UPS, or HVAC is a plus.
  4. Strong capabilities in cross-functional integration, strategic presentations, business negotiation, and execution management.
  5. Proficient in both Chinese and English for business communication and presentations.
