Industrialization Engineer (R&D Interface)

Responsibilities:

1. Lead the industrialization of new products, materials, and technologies from R&D into mass production.
2. Act as the primary technical interface between Plant operations and R&D to ensure smooth and effective collaboration.
3. Translate R&D requirements into actionable plant activities, including investment planning, capacity readiness, and process capability.
4. Assess plant readiness in terms of equipment, capacity, and technical capability to support upcoming product and technology launches.
5. Drive continuous improvement initiatives focusing on cost reduction, process efficiency, and material optimization (Value Leadership).
6. Support planning and execution of experimental production orders, ensuring on-time delivery and accurate reporting.
7. Ensure successful SOP (Start of Production) of new products in alignment with R&D requirements and plant objectives.
8. Lead structured problem-solving activities for industrialization and production challenges using appropriate methodologies.
9. Provide technical support to production on product performance and tire engineering-related issues.
10. Develop and maintain product and process specifications, ensuring compliance with internal standards and quality requirements.
11. Coordinate cross-functional teams (Production, Quality, Purchasing, etc.) to ensure successful project execution.
12. Manage and supervise industrialization and continuous improvement projects within defined timelines.
13. Promote teamwork and effective task distribution within the plant organization.
14. Ensure implementation of procedures, controls, and compliance with ESH (Environment, Safety, and Health) standards.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
2. Minimum 3 years of experience in Industrialization, Process Engineering, or R&D.
3. Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.
4. Experience in project management and cross-functional collaboration.
5. Ability to work effectively in a complex, international, matrix organization.
6. Good planning, organizational, and time management skills.
7. Strong communication skills with the ability to work under pressure.
8. Demonstrated intercultural awareness and teamwork mindset.
9. Fluent in English (spoken and written).
