Responsibilities:
- Drive operational excellence initiatives by identifying process inefficiencies and implementing solutions to improve productivity, quality, and operational performance.
- Conduct capacity planning and resource analysis for manpower, equipment, storage, and material flow to support current and future business requirements.
- Lead industrial engineering and continuous improvement projects to enhance warehouse operations and customer service performance.
- Perform process mapping, workflow analysis, facility layout studies, and cost-performance evaluations to optimize operational efficiency.
- Conduct time and motion studies to establish operational standards, improve resource utilization, and support workforce planning.
- Develop data-driven models, simulations, and operational analyses to support business decisions, solution design, and value-added service offerings.
- Evaluate, recommend, and support the implementation of automation and technology solutions to improve operational efficiency and scalability.
- Assess the effectiveness of material handling systems, storage solutions, and automation projects through post-implementation reviews and performance analysis.
- Collaborate with Operations, Engineering, IT, Customers, and external vendors to ensure successful project execution and delivery.
- Prepare project updates, performance reports, and business cases to support continuous improvement and strategic decision-making.
- Support customer-driven initiatives, operational transformation projects, and new service implementations within the Applied Materials account.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering or other related discipline
- 2-3 years related experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication, analytical skills & presentation skills
- Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS), ERP systems (e.g., SAP), and data analysis software (e.g., Excel, Power BI, AutoCAD).
