Industrial Engineering Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Design and optimize production line layouts to improve operational efficiency.
• Develop, maintain, and manage Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) documentation to ensure process stability and consistency.
• Lead process improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and reduce operational costs.
• Design and implement capacity planning to support production requirements and longterm business growth.
• Conduct manpower planning and optimize workforce allocation to improve overall productivity.
• Support project execution and ensure engineering initiatives are completed on time.
• Monitor production performance indicators; provide regular reports and actionable improvement recommendations.
• Facilitate effective crossfunctional communication to ensure timely and accurate information flow.
• Analyze production processes, identify bottlenecks, and propose practical improvement solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience in industrial engineering or manufacturing engineering roles, with leadership experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of production planning, workflow optimization, and continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Kaizen).
• Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills.
• Experience in highvolume manufacturing environments is a plus.
