As an Industrial Engineer, you will help the team optimize production lines, plan layouts, and analyze process efficiency to support daily operations.
What You Will Do (Job Description)
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Support production volume estimation and labor hour analysis.
- Plan and optimize production line layouts and workflow.
- Collaborate with PMC to help forecast capacity and support scheduling.
- Assist in manufacturing cost tracking and improvement initiatives.
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
- Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field
- 12 years experience or internships in industrial engineering, process analysis, or manufacturing support
- Interest in manufacturing improvement and data-driven problem solving
What Will Put You Ahead
- Basic knowledge of capacity modeling, line balancing, or layout planning
- Familiarity with production cost and efficiency metrics
- Good communication and team collaboration skills
- Proactive, independent, and detail-oriented
