Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Industrial Designer to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys taking products from concept through manufacturing and is comfortable working across multiple product categories in a fast-paced environment.

You will collaborate closely with engineering, manufacturing, and customers to transform ideas into products that are ready for mass production.

Key Responsibilities

Disruptive Innovation & Agile Iteration

• Leverage AI tools to accelerate research and generate leap-forward concepts. Demonstrate strong convergence skills to synthesize divergent ideas into concrete, actionable solutions. Pitch designs regularly through compelling storytelling and visualization to achieve rapid iterations.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Apply Human-Centered Design (HCD) principles. Partner closely with engineering and manufacturing teams to ensure usability, functionality, and mass-production feasibility.

Design Delivery & Documentation

• Independently deliver high-quality 2D/3D engineering drawings, photorealistic renderings, and prototypes. Prepare comprehensive design documentation (e.g., specifications, CAD files, BOM).

Project Involvement & Tech Exploration:

• Engage actively in project meetings and design pitches to drive continuous enhancements. Stay ahead by exploring novel materials, manufacturing techniques, and current market trends.

Experience & Skills

·     Bachelor's degree or above in Industrial Design or related field

·     Minimum 5 years of Industrial Design experience

·     Experience taking products from concept through manufacturing and mass production

·     Strong proficiency in PTC Creo (required), Rhino (preferred)

·     2D drawing tools/ Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.

·     Rendering tools/ Keyshot

·     Basic English communication skills

·     Solid understanding of plastics, manufacturing processes, and product development

·     Strong communication skills when working with customers, suppliers, and cross-functional teams

·     Portfolio demonstrating consumer product development is required
