Opus Verticals imports and wholesales high-end gourmet and fine-food items from Japan, Europe, Canada, Australia, China, Italy, Spain, and more. We serve Singapore's top restaurants and hotels and seek talented individuals to grow with us.

Job Summary

You will represent the company doing indoor sales and marketing as well as to co-ordinate sales appointments for sales management, ensuring smooth sales operations and excellent customer service in the gourmet food industry.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare presentation decks, product demonstrations, catalogs, and formal proposals to support sales efforts
  • Maintain accurate records of lead interactions and sales activities to track progress and follow-ups
  • Prepare quotations, invoices, purchase orders, and other sales-related documents for timely processing
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries and follow up on sales orders and delivery schedules to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Coordinate with suppliers, customers, and internal teams to facilitate smooth operations and resolve issues
  • Organize and maintain filing, documentation, and data entry systems for easy retrieval and compliance
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and perform cold outreach via calls and emails to qualify prospects
  • Arrange meetings and appointments to support sales activities and daily office administration tasks
  • Prepare sales reports, summaries, and ad-hoc administrative documents as assigned by management
  • Ensure timely processing of customer requests and maintain positive customer relationships

Required competencies and certifications

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) to create documents, manage data, and communicate effectively
  • 2-3 years of relevant administrative or sales support experience to perform core duties efficiently
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • Positive attitude, detail-oriented approach, and eagerness to learn to contribute effectively to the team

Other Information

  • Location: Bishan/Jalan Pemimpin (5-minute walk from Marymount MRT)
  • Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
  • Salary: $2800 to $3500 per month
